What Is A Business Day?
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding postal holidays when postal services are closed. The postal holiday calendar can be checked on your local postal service website. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days.
What Are The Delivery Times?
Delivery times are generally between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM local time on weekdays.
What Happens If I Am Absent On The Day My Delivery Is Scheduled?
In case of absence, the courier will leave a notice at your door or mailbox, allowing you to reschedule the delivery or pick up your package at your local post office.
What Happens If My Purchase Was Returned To Sender?
France & International:
If a shipment is returned, we will contact you to confirm your address.
If we cannot make contact within five (5) business days after multiple attempts, we will refund the purchase amount minus the original shipping fee and the return-to-sender shipping costs.

If you prefer to receive in-stock items immediately, please place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order products.
